Well Christmas is over and I will be off to Australia armed with my sketch book. I am also branching out and working on some very big canvases using acrylics. I am aiming to sell the work once completed, which I guess will be in late April or May. Later, in June, I hope to paint in Andalucia before my exhibition. This year the exhibition, at home as usual, will be on Sunday July 12th.
Two good friends died at the end of last year so I will be raising money for the charities they or the families nominated. One will be Haematology Cancer Care which is part of UCLH Charity and the other probably a hospice.
The RAG art group continues to go well and we are always happy to welcome new members. We meet in Chatham on Wednesday evenings. Just send me an email for details.
In addition to the UCH Haematology charity I will be sending donations to St. Raphael’s Hospice, Cheam and Marie Curie.
