Almost the end of the year! This year I have visited Spain and sites around the UK, armed with sketch book & paints. I sold paintings & cards, donating the proceeds to Leukaemia CARE (my chosen charity for 2012).
I will be exhibiting some pieces in The Last Picture Show in Town, Holt, Norfolk during the middle of October 2012.
I continue, in a small way, to teach drawing & painting to a group of enthusiastic beginners at Care UK. I hope we will continue the group through into 2013.
Painting in 2013 will take me around Kent, Norfolk & Sardinia and possibly Spain again. My exhibition this year is planned for Sunday 2nd September, at home as usual.
The Barbados Association of Medical Practitioners has used one of my sketches for the cover of the quarterly bulletin throughout 2012; I’m honoured and delighted to see a piece of my work in print!
